Vanity Fair recently did a feature piece on Alice Water's kitchen and it just tickled me pink...it's exactly as I would have imagined it - a big, wood island, earthy green craftsmanship cabinets, tons of fresh, local produce, an eclectic collection of french bowls, a compost bucket, jars full of beautiful grains - here's to re-creating some of this in a kitchen of my own one day.
