You know what feels good?


Taking a BIG, DEEP breath.

At yoga last night our teacher had us breath in through our nostrils for 5 seconds and then release the breath out loud with a sigh. Try it, it's so refreshing! I was doing it during the day today, people probably thought I was crazy, but man, it feels so good.

Does your yoga instructor have you breath out with a sound like darth vader? Our yoga dvd does and the kids just crack up...it kind of ruins the mood!:)

Haha, yes I have had a teacher tell us to breath like Darth Vader, and I have to say that makes me laugh too. (Shows how mature I am :)). This instructor doesn't have us breath like Darth Vader, thank goodness. Happy Friday Blake Bunch!
